By booking with BunnyBusiness Events the customer agrees to the following terms:-

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Booking will be secured once a non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the party or appearance, failure to do so may forfeit your deposit, please note changes cannot be made after full payment. Any deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your date and time. They're also used to fund the admin of your booking and to purchase items for your party and cannot be transferred to another service.

50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date and time. Please note no bookings are confirmed without payment.

Once full payment has been made cancellations are not possible and refunds cannot be given.

Changes to bookings can be made up to 2 weeks prior to bookings and will be subject to availability. Cancellations of secondary characters or shortening of packages are not permitted.

In extreme circumstances where the event is not able to go ahead we offer rescheduling for up to 30 days, subject to availability, this may incur a rescheduling fee. This is down to the discretion of BunnyBusiness Events.

TRAVEL

Travel fees are applicable subject to location. This will be added at booking. Please let us know if you need a quote of the travel charge.

Our performers travel to each event by car and need to have an appropriate place to park, please let us know beforehand if there are parking restrictions as failure to do so may result in a late arrival/start time.

Please ensure there is a parking space saved for the performer as they may need to unload kit and equipment into the venue.

PARTIES

Our party hosts will arrive approx. 25 minutes prior to the booked start time as indicated on the booking. Our entertainers leave plenty of contingency when travelling between bookings however rare occasions, incidents out of our control may occur i.e road accidents, costume malfunctions etc. If a performer is going to be late, they will call the customer in the first instance. BunnyBusiness Events reserve the right to delay the start time of any event by up to 15 minutes subject to extenuating circumstances.

The running order of our parties is as such as to accommodate late comers, therefore music will commence at the booked start time of your party and entertainment will commence approximately 10 minutes after the start time.

Photos on our website and social media are a representation of the costumes and wigs that our performers will wear. BunnyBusiness Events has a large cast of performers, and we cannot guarantee which performer will be used to portray your character.

Each party can accommodate up to 30 children. An additional charge will be added for bookings of more than 30 and up to 50 children. This is reasonable given the additional collateral and prizes provided. Should our party hosts arrive at a party in which numbers exceed those that are on the booking, they reserve the right to not complete the party. The customer agrees to inform BunnyBusiness Events of the accurate number of attendees no later than 7 days prior to the booking.

Our party hosts are not to be left alone with the children, there should be a suitable number of adults always present. Our performers are children’s entertainers and not a childcare provision and should be treated as such, we require the organiser to be responsible for the children’s welfare at the party at all times.

The safety and well being of our team is paramount, if at any point during a booking a performer feels uncomfortable, due to the behaviour of adults or children, they will notify the customer, if any inappropriate behaviour continues, BunnyBusiness Events reserve the right to conclude the booking early. No refunds will be given in this instance.

It is at the discretion of the performer to change or remove activities accordingly based on time, space and responses of the children. There may be instances where there is spare time at the end of the appearance where the performer will remain and mingle with the children. If you' need our performers to do anything i.e. hand out party bags, please don’t hesitate to ask. Whilst we are happy to accommodate any requests, any changes may impact your running order or party content. 

It is your responsibility, as the organiser, to ensure any allergies or dietary requirements of guests are met. BunnyBusiness Events can provide Vegan/Halal and Vegetarian sweets on request.

BunnyBusiness Events will take photography at parties that may be used in marketing, please notify the host if you do not wish any child to be photographed.

Wherever you choose to host your event, at a home or hall, please ensure there is ample room for the entertainment, set up and equipment. We require access to power. Whilst we endeavour to use mics and technical equipment during our parties. As our equipment operates over bluetooth and wifi, signal some venues may impact the sound quality which unfortunately is beyond our control. Performers will not use microphones in this instance.  Garden parties can be great fun in the summer, but we politely request that there is shade for the performer and there must be an alternative area in case the weather should turn adverse. No characters can perform on ground that is wet or in adverse weather conditions.

Should there be distractions at the party such as bouncy castles or other entertainment services, your performer is not expected to keep the attention of all the guests. We highly suggest turning off or packing away any other distractions while our performers are entertaining.

WEATHER / EXTREME CIRCIMSTANCES

In cases of extreme weather e.g snow, we will contact the booker, if we are able to still travel to the event we will do everything we can to do so. In cases where we cannot, a full refund will be given and we will try to in every possibility to reschedule.

If the temperature is set to exceed amounts of 25 degrees celsius the host will need to have the party indoors and provide appropriate air conditioning. Our costumes cause our performers to heat up quickly and they cannot be in the sun during high temperatures.

OTHER

Please note that by booking BunnyBusiness Events you confirm that there are no other performers present at your event. If the customer has booked additional entertainment, the customer agrees to inform BunnyBusiness Events no later than 7 days prior to the booking. Failure to do so may result in the booking being unable to go ahead.

It is not the intention of BunnyBusiness Events to violate any copyright laws. Characters are NOT name brand copyrighted characters. Our characters are generic, based on fairytale stories. If you are requiring a licensed, copyrighted character for your event, you should contact the license holder.
